Why drink a lot of water?

Up to 70% of our body is made up of water and is needed in most biochemical reactions that take place in the body to function. What does this mean? Without any water, you can feel tired, you won’t build muscle mass, and it becomes difficult to burn any fat.

Why keep track of water consumption?
